3. Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

3.1 Physical Books

Refunds for physical book purchases made through INSTANT AI - IAI5.com are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in unused, resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

3.2 Digital Products

Digital courses and self-assessments are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, due to the instant nature of delivery. If you encounter technical issues accessing content, contact dan@iai5.com for assistance.

3.3 Consulting Services

Consulting engagements are governed by individual proposals and agreements. Cancellations must be communicated before the agreed project start date. Rescheduling is allowed at no charge.

3.4 Amazon Purchases

Refunds for eBooks purchased via Amazon must follow Amazon’s return policies.

4. Digital Product Policy

Upon purchase, digital products such as courses and assessments are delivered through secure member accounts or direct download links. Access credentials must not be shared or resold.

4.2 Ownership

All digital materials remain the intellectual property of Tensho Press LLC. Customers receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.

4.3 Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display digital materials without express written permission. Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in termination of access without refund.

4.4 Technical Support

If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact dan@iai5.com within 7 days of purchase. Support includes troubleshooting access issues, not content customization.
